Time is running out to help kids in need this Christmas!
Monday, November 30th is the last day we can accept donations to the 2020 CBIA “Joy Drive.” So if you haven’t dropped off your check yet, please get it to us right away! If you have donated,
THANK YOU!
As you may know, we’re unable to participate in the traditional way this year because of public health concerns. For many of the kids we’d meet, the toy they picked at the Toy Drive was the only gift they got. This year, the CBIA is asking for financial donations that will buy backpacks full of holiday goodies and necessities.
WWSD: What Would Santa Do?
He’d match every donation dollar for dollar—and that’s exactly what we’re doing! Every $25 you donate buys a backpack for a child in need. And because we’re matching it, your $25 will actually buy two backpacks! So please give whatever you can! And do it ASAP if you haven’t already! Bring your check payable to “CBIF” (for the Collier Building Industry Foundation) with “Toy Drive” in the memo to:
The Lykos Group, Inc. | 4779 Enterprise Avenue | Naples, Florida 34104 | 239-594-8510
WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR CHECK BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH!
Thank you, and happy holidays!
When you drop by Spanky’s Speakeasy on Airport-Pulling Road in Naples, you might expect to see adorable tykes like The Little Rascals running the joint. It’s been a Naples landmark since 1984, known for it’s southern charm and family atmosphere. The décor will take you back to the 1920s when the series of short films called “Our Gang” were made. Those movies eventually became the TV series that debuted in 1955.
If Alfalfa had eaten at Spanky’s Speakeasy, he might not be so skinny. The lunch and dinner menus feature delicious, made-from-scratch burgers, sandwiches, salads and hot entrees, as well as kid-friendly items. Barb’s personal favorite is the Basa Fish that comes grilled, fried or blackened—as a sandwich for lunch or a platter for dinner. For hours, menus and more info, click here.
What makes a superintendent super? How about 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Expertise overseeing the building process from dirt to done. Listening to clients. Managing budgets. Coordinating with subcontractors. Keeping projects on schedule. And proving he’s passionate about his work on a daily basis. That in short is Jim Sorrentino. Jim’s been with us since July 2018 and has quickly earned raves from clients and colleagues alike. In his free time, he cherishes spending time with his wife Kellie and son Cullen.
Thank you for all you do, Jim!
